Ok I guess I'll post a few. Here goes nothing!

Me and my daughters, Katie (2 1/2) and Sarah (5 months) taken a couple of months ago.



Here I am nine months pregnant with Sarah this past October with what turned out to be an 8 lb 5 oz baby...my face says it all! She came NINE DAYS EARLY....and she was that big... Oh, and 'scuse the mess. It was all I could do to stand up at that point...



Finally, me in the middle of a drop-kick board break this past December. No idea why I'm biting my lip...

I'm very impressed that you had your youngest daughter in October and two months later were kicking plank ass. I mean, I'm not a father yet so I'm not an authority on any of this but you lost all that baby weight AND were in martial arts two months later? That seems so short to me.

Oh no, the dobok hides it well! Not that I think I'm a fat cow but I'd be happy to drop about 20 pounds. (I'm 5'4 and 147 but I look lighter than that...) Actually, not to brag or anything but I was doing some modified martial arts WHILE pregnant. I didn't do any sparring or intense workouts. I'll have to post a video of me sparring against a shield while five months pregnant soon, in the video thread. But of course not tonight, I'm sleepy!

And now I feel like a fat cow. I'm 5'3" and somewhere around 170. I can't seem to get my weight below 158 when I try. Stupid birth control pills.

Martial arts is a great way to get/stay in shape; as long as you keep up with it.

Oh I understand! I think it just comes with being a woman, we're gonna complain about something! Back before I had kids I was about 115 which is a little underweight and I was constantly griping about being too skinny. Of course I remember that the average American model is 5'11 and 117. So I was never "too skinny"! Besides, I'm sure you look great the way you are.

LesserChozo: It sure is! I just have had a hard time getting around to it since I took a part time job for a little bit, and I also could barely walk after a shift because my feet hurt so bad. I have a ridiculously high tolerance for pain but if I can't walk then I can't walk. Not worth it for a Chick fil A job. I plan on returning to my TKD classes soon now that I quit Chick fil A.

I admit that aside from my belly/love handles and my thighs/butt, I'm still pretty much trim. It makes it a total pain to find pants and dress-shirts with the extra weight. I used to be 120 lbs until a few years ago. I went from a size 8 pants to a size 14. And I was pretty much a size 8 because I have wide hips and a round butt naturally.

The only reason my belly looks so trim is because of that corset. But those are my only real full body pictures that I can find.
