The part of Other M that pissed you off the most

I love Other M, but if I had to name one thing that pissed me off, it was the not-gravity suit :s-grav:

and the health concentration. The missile concentration was great.

The only thing i was pissed off about was samus never mentioned the chozo. Saying that adam was the closest thing to a father she had...

The chozo saved you from the invasion on K-2L, raised you and trained you to become one of the most powerful beings ever to live...but...you just forgot all of that?

...and he was a jerk to her. They didn't show any happy flashbacks showing why he's such a great person. Nope.

But we got pictures of Samus as a child with Chozo in Zero Mission, actually happy. And somehow they're not even worth a brief mention.

What pissed me off? Adam shooting Samus, and Samus overreacting.
So, Samus gets hit, shot, thrown, and stabbed by many enemies and she gets shot by Adam and she almost freaking dies.

I think he's trying to say that there was no way Adam's Ice Pistol should have completely disabled and unarmed Samus, compared to the countless mounstrous alien beasts she fights.

More evidence as to why Emotion-powered armor is lame as fuck.

How did Sakamoto thought an Emotion-based power suit would be a good idea? He probably forgot how unstable we are with emotions, and that it is hard to control them.

It's better to have a mental switch button.

A suit forged of the strongest metals and alloys in the known universe, with energy shielding, computer systems, and somehow is able to appear/vanish from the user's body at will.

Well, that's kind of what it is.

It's not really powered by emotions, but more by mental concentration. Sakamoto once stated in an interview that the suit was powered by "considerable powers of concentration" and equated powering it off as "a salary man loosening his necktie when returning from a business trip on the bullet train."

I think the more important question is why did he give Samus PTSD and an emotion/concentration-based power suit.

Typically people with PTSD can't reliably control their mental state all the time like people without PTSD can. This seems to be a very serious design flaw.

Yes. Willpowered suit, but only to turn it on or off. There are weaknesses, sure. But the OM Suit sucks.
