xD I can picture it now... when Nintendo airs the ad spot for Other M, the narrator speaks in a very quick voice near the end of the ad: ((Think car commercials.))
"This game is a remake of Super Metroid, not be confused with a new Metroid game like we told you fellow gamers to believe. Now go buy it now, or forever feel sorry that you didn't experience such a fine game. " lol.
Yah... back to being some-what serious. I do think if they had more cut-scenes from the past, that would really draw me into the game more.

Yeah.

For real? If this is true, how come nobody pointed this out before?

Because quite honestly, this forum hates you and did not want you to know.

you ask if us like to see kraid in 3D. but we have seen him in such a way. he was going to be in the first Prime. they made the 3D model and every thing. they called him meta Kraid and he was going to be a boss in phazon mines but they didn't have enough time to put him in the final game. and lets not forget that he was in his 3D glory in super smash bros: melee. so no i don't want to see him in the new game. who i would really love to see in 3D is Crocomire and Botwoon.

Thanks for telling us something we've known for a good 5 years now! Next you'll tell us that Metroid II doesn't have Ridley in it! !!! I think ol' Botwoon and Crocomire would make nice additions to the 3D Metroid pantheon, but that would raise the question of how they got off of Zebes in the first place. I don't think this game would take place on Zebes, in any event. With the whole blown up epidemic going around.

Well actually Ridley isn't in Metroid II nor is he in Metroid Prime: hunters and as well as Echoes so next time why don't you be a little nicer cause that came off as a bit rude. I'm just looking out for ya.
all im saying is when you say "I want to see kraid in 3D." it sounds like you never knew that he was in 3D.
also you amuse that a Species can only exist on one planet. Shriekbat live on many planets so its possible for Crocomire and Botwoon to be found on another planet other than Zebes.

Well he wasn't. Like you said, he didn't make it to Prime. And Melee? That's Super Smash Bros., not Metroid. Kraid doesn't actually do anything other than fool around with the stage there. I still don't think a 3D Kraid fits in this specific game, though. Maybe some day, when they decide to make even more pre-sequels...

why does everyone have trouble believing that Ridley isn't in Metroid II it's true, it really is.
i think if Kraid was in a 3D metroid game, the fight would be weird due to his size.

Mogenar, Omega Pirate, Metroid Prime, AU 313, Emperor Ing, Amorbis... None of those are too different in size from Kraid.

ya those guys are big you got that right. However Kraid is more then likely larger then they are and I didn't say impossible i said weird. its like playing punch out, lil mac is small and yet Mike Tyson/MR.dream is so big. it's not impossible to win its just really hard. I just think it be hard to do Kraid right thats all.
