The Fusion Suit looks like what you'd get if you combined Samus with a clown covered in snot. I really hate that icky outfit.

Personal favorite is the Light Suit from Prime 2. That was one sexy Apple-white piece of hardware.

Second place to her classic Varia suit.

exactly. I like the idea of it as the actual biological layer of her suit...and that's really just it, it should've stayed under her suit or died with the rest of of the BSL!@#$@#!
It's fuuuugly. Like she got into a fight with a couple of buckets of paint...and the paint came out on the winning end LOL
Don't even get me started on her Batman gloves and saggy balloon t1ts.
But oh jeez that sprite model of her real suit in Fusion was the best model I ever seen in 2D for Samus! If only I could've played as that rather than the load of wtf I had to play as.

The one they call...the motorcycle...
They replaced the shoulders with...WHEELS! WHEELS!!! And top it off they also got rid of the jetpack for HANDLE BARS.

It also pretty much removes any chance of Samus being able to life her arms up from the side.

I mean it's hard to imagine for this suit but it's definitely possible.

Compare the Fusion suit to pics of the chozo. I think that's what they were going for.


I admit the color scheme is a bit contrasting, especially the Varia. I like the Gravity's colors though. However, she does revert back to her original "state" and color scheme at the end.
I can only assume this is how she will start in the next one, if that ever happens.

Younger, while playing Fusion. When samus said something ( like " ...Drastically altering my appearance... however, ... " ) about the X infecting her and the metroid vaccine saving her..

I though she was disfigured or something underneath the suit ( the suit as well), when she said "drastically altering my appearance", that's what I thought. Because she also did say they had to surgically remove some her suit which had melted with her ( or something ).
