Suit design of choice: the Prime one.

Ridley opens a portal to his homeworld and summons an army of his kind to massacre the Federation. He then retreats into the Chozo afterlife dimension (where all the Chozo Ghosts went) and begins devouring the souls of departed Chozo.

This is set after the Prime trilogy.

As Samus, I would help the Federation defeat the returning Ridley-kind, seek guidance from the reclusive Chozo, and delve into the Chozo afterlife myself to defeat Ridley.

I'd arrive with very little information on what the hell I'm supposed to be doing, methodically check everywhere I go for anything that may be useful, then at the end of it all I'd rush to my car to get away before something explodes.
