i like it somewhat but i stopped playing midway through, partly because my cartrige dissappeared...

Hey, the same thing happened to me! I heard that lifting the L-button and blowing into it will remove dust and help it to work more properly. On my DS lite, it wouldn't lift. Still, it seems to be working much better now.

So? I would much rather explore new parts of the Metroid universe than have metroids shoved into the plot as a gimmick. A lot of fans were disappointed with the way the Tallon metroids turned out in the Metroid Prime series because they weren't the doomsday bioweapons metroids were fabled to be in the original series. If anything, you should complain that the story wasn't related at all to the Phazon conflict when it easily could have been. The Metroid Prime series isn't about the metroids, it's about the Metroid Prime. Thus the title.
the beams did not chang shapes like they did on prime EX: wave beam was fat, all the beams did was when you changed them was those little lines on top changed colors.
So? It's a tiny detail. The DS has very limited capacity when compared to a console, so they limited the animations to save space. It's not like anyone would like the game any more if they had painstakingly crafted an animation for each weapon on each Hunter's gun arm.
the beam ammo was like metroid prime two
Yes, and that problem is not specific to Metroid Prime Hunters. I don't think it's much of a problem at all in either, though some complain that Hunters' ammo was much less forgiving than Prime 2's.
any one who has an action replay out there is really lucky.
Most of them use it for multiplayer. They're not lucky, they're morons who play merely to troll other people.
they did not make it were samus's suit changes she's stuck with the same old suit always.
That is a very valid concern. Honestly, it was my biggest problem with the game. All of her upgrades are weapons. It's good from a storytelling perspective because it doesn't necessitate Samus to lose all of her previous upgrades, but it does limit the puzzle and level design aspect of the game.
and the crappy idea of haveing the three or four shots for the power beam does not work well.
I'm not quite sure what you mean.
the charge of the power beam looks like the plasma beam from metroid prime.they don't have ridley and the double jumb\space jump either one.
The charge of the power beam doesn't really seem to look like the plasma beam to me. I don't know where you're getting that from. Ridley wasn't in Metroid II or Metroid Prime 2 either. Like in those two games, he just wouldn't fit. A horrible, crappy version of Ridley's fight could have hurt the game even more. They gave you Weavel, the Space Pirate version of bounty hunter with a background similar to Ridley
with how bad metroid prime hunters is i don't thinks it's worth to be a sequel or prequel of any metroid game if it is.

It is bad, but like so many others you've listed maybe one to three good reasons and filled the rest of your post with nonsense.
