Metroid Prime 3 Friend Vouchers Trading Thread

A weird thing that happens when sending large numbers of vouchers to one person. apparently it gives you 8 you have to accept first then gives you the other 7 about 5 minutes later if you back out to the title screen and then back into your save.

Got the last 8 I needed thanks to hammytdci. I've split the remainder of my initial 22 vouchers between hammytdci and teclis as a thank you for helping me out. Any more I collect in the future will be handed out on a first come, first served basis. Watch my sig to see if I've collected anymore.

Hello everyone. I am new, just joined the forum. Have been playing since the original Metroid. I want to trade my friend vouchers, does anyone still have some to trade? If so, let me know and we can exchange wii codes. I want to get the bumper stickers for my ship.

I also forgot, how do I check to see how many vouchers I have? I know I have some because I have done some of the things listed, but how do I confirm? Thanks.

Hey, have you ever looked at this thread and thought, “Gee, I wish all the info and discoveries were gathered in one covenient location.”? Well if you have, I have good news for you. Since Cap seems to be busy and has not updated the FAQ for a month, I took the liberty of doing it last night. I pains-takingly incorporated all the various corrections and discoveries people made, including a list of all 26 vouchers we found.

I have e-mailed v1.5 to CapCom, but until he posts it( or if he decides not to), I will gladly send a copy to anyone who requests it.

In other news, this puts my post count at 800. Meaning I am Omega Metroid, and have made well over 1/8 of all the posts on these forums. That’s kinda scary. You guys need to stop being shy and say something!

ok funny story....i decided to trade away most of my vouchers to one guy who said he was gonna trade back, thing is he didnt. So now I am in need of 13 friend vouchers and only have 2 or so to give.

I've got three vouchers left to earn, two of them being harder than the third:

1. Flawless Escape (don't get hit by Meta Ridley during the Morph Ball sequence on Norion) - hard

2. Perfect Execution (unlock all three locks on the second turret on Bryyo before the aeropirates can reset any of them) - hard

3. Crash Landing (after getting the Plasma Beam, shoot an aeropirate until a grapple symbol appears under him, then rip his jetpack off) - not too hard

I may end up replaying Normal to make getting the first two easier.

Thanks for the tips. I just got REALLY lucky and managed to pull off Perfect Execution while playing through on Hyper for the first time. So I've got one voucher at the moment for whoever needs it.
