False. There are at least five (normal/tallon, hunter, fission, dark, and infant). More, if you count the weird ones that the fission metroids split into.
2. How many different beams are there in the Prime Trilogy?
Assuming you mean only Samus' beams and not NPC ones, there are nine: power, wave, ice, plasma, phazon, dark, light, annhilator, and nova. Possibly ten, since the GF plasma beam you get in Corruption seems to be very different from the Chozo version in Prime.
3. Every Prime has a Super Metroid song in it True or False? Name the songs and the place where they reappear
True. Prime has an unfitting remix of Ridley's Palace in the Magmoor Caverns. Echoes has an awesome Red Brinstar mix in Lower Torvus. Corruption has a decent Space Pirate remix for the Pirate Homeworld.
4. What dark creatures in Echoes (besides the Ing) does not appear in the light world?
The Phlogus, the Nightclaw, and the Nightbarb (though you could argue that the latter are the counterparts of the sandbat). There are also the various eyeball web thingies, but those all seem like types of Ing to me.
5. Name every planet where you encounter Shriekbats.
Tallon IV, Aether, Bryyo, Elyssia, Norion, and the Pirate Homeworld. Shriekbat-P also appear on the GFS Valhalla.

All bosses (the first three in the series, in fact), all appeared in Metroid, Super Metroid, and Metroid Zero Mission, all have been encountered on Zebes.
Here are some of my own:
1. What is the geographically highest point of the game map in Echoes?
2. How did the last Lord of Science meet his end?
3. What is the first enemy you ever meet on Tallon IV?
4. Who is the most efficient bounty hunter in the known galaxy?
