need help with 100%

i cant get at the missile tank behind the glass in the central room(the one next to the "end" room) of the bioweapon research facility

i see the vent in the roof of one of the tanks, just have no idea how to get in, im assuming it has something to do with the speed booster or power bombs.

help me MDb, you're my only hope!

I had a problem with that one too.
Anyways, there's a hologram in the middle of the room. Bomb it and I think you can go through a tunnel or something to get to it. I don't really remember.

Have you tried jumping up from there then?

You go down stairs (If I remember correctly) and kick jump up that one glass case thing...I think.
