Out of the many Metroid Fusion bosses, which one was your favourite. Depending on their fighting style, rewards, difficulty or their looks.
I'd have to say Nightmare, he was my favourite because he was a Metroid Fusion equivalent of phantoon, really. I liked fighting him cuz he had the gravity generator and a screwed up jelly face lol.

Netori. The fight itself wasn't as spectacular as some, but the sequence leading up to it, with the power-out, roots overtaking sector-3, and new enemies being released was incredible. You got a sense early on for what this boss was and why you needed to kill it, without Adam telling you explicitly. Very well done.

The Xbox. Shooting that black n' green thing was so much fun...
Really now, I dunno, I found pretty much all Fusion bosses pretty fun. Except the final battle against SA-X. That was a bitch.

Ooh, that's a tough choice.
My top three are Serris, BOX, and Nightmare.
Serris, because of a purely anecdotal encounter, in that the the first time I entered the boss room, and got to the middle platform, he came out of nowhere and made me jump in surprise. That's a good feeling in a game. Even though he is kind of easy, he is still a somewhat fun design for a boss.
BOX, because he is hard, at least the second time you fight him, not counting the corner trick. He is quite the tough baddie. Another anecdote: The first time I fought him, I didn't know you could powerbomb the ceiling to reveal a ladder, so I fought him the entire first time Space Jumping around in the air getting one, MAYBE two missles off at him at any given time. That was an intense fight.
Nightmare had the most things going on for it. A cool gimmick to start off the battle, with the whole gravity control thing, and once the mask was off, the boss got a whole lot cooler (I really admired the melting face) and harder as well. Though in subsequent runs, he has gotten easier (like all Metroid Fusion bosses have, sans the awesome 1% run), he still holds a place as one of the most memorable and difficult bosses in the game.
I never had any trouble with the SA-X, and am surprised to hear that often that hack of a hunter posed a challenge to anyone. Different strokes, I suppose.

SA-X was my favorite. It wasn't really too hard of a fight, but it was, what I consider, the real last boss. It's what the whole game lead up to, and the Omega Metroid just such an unnecessary add on, like a "Oh, here's a boss we never really told you about, just hurry up and beat it" kinda thing. Ridley was fun, though.

Now that you bring it up, most of the bosses in Fusion are pretty cool and have some good designs that made them fun to fight. Most had a unique way of defeating them or something unique in their designs. Though the plant boss (Nettori) felt a bit like the Mother Brain battle, that was kind of interesting.
I had to go with Nightmare as being the most unique due to the gravity effects and character design - both visually and gameplay-wise, this fight was interesting. I don't think he's as much fun to fight as some of the other bosses, but there's a nice combination of strategy and blast away.
Which I think if you get down to it, that's a really good combination for a boss, being able to strategize about where to move and how to dodge and where the thing's weak point is (it shouldn't take you a million tries though) and then giving ample opportunity to blast away. Serris is a bit different because you have only a very short window to hit him, but most of the bosses I enjoyed had that combination as well as some interesting method of how it looks, moves, or how you kill it thrown in there.

I never really thought of it like that, but now that I look back there is a big similarity.

Ridley-X, talk about crackin my skull the way he was crackin Samus's nogin in the mzm manga. But he was the biggest challenge for me for some strange reason, its like I perfected all other boss fights(well maybe not yakuza), but his I can never come out unscathed.

Omega Metroid because you: 1. Had a time limit usually under 2 minutes 2. Shock of getting blasted across the screen 3. Loosing 2098 energy in one hit 4. SA-X deciding metroid was bigger threat and choosing NOT to finish the weakened Samus off and... 5. Regaining classic colors and ice beam Other favorite bosses: 1. Nightmare 2. Ridley-X 3. Nettori Reason: loved Mother Brain fights in MZM 4. BOX-X (it was a brain in a jar, with legs. Mobile Mother Brain knock-off!)
In Metroid, Samus, X, Samus always wins, because beats , who wont attack , who is and absorbs Hacking: Cave Story
