I really need help for getting out of Kraid's Lair for Metroid NES. you know the big tunnel before Kraid,well I need a solution like how many seconds do I wait before each reappearing blocks.

You just half to get a feel for the rhythm of the blocks. albeit, it can be a major pain in the ass, the more you play easier it'll get.

Agreed with SageMage. A little time getting the feel of the game and you'll do fine. If I remember right, the timing of those blocks gives you enough time to jump full height 2-3 times before they re-pop.
