My time was 2:32 with 58% completion. Yeeeah!

Now to play *dun dun dun* Metroid Other M! For the third time. Don't judge me. lol

by the way if you want help to do your speed runs I suggest to check speed demos archive, they may help you to planning the best route. Who knows, maybe you are the one who could beat the infamous record of 32 min x_x

2:32 in Super Metroid. I got 4:40 in RoS, which was still a major improvement over my first playthru...

I dunno, at this point I can't really even get 100% without a map when NOT doing a speedrun.

Maybe one day. I think I will attempt a Zero Mission speedrun (without getting 100%, of course! I got 100% on my last playthru, but MAN that took forever! Completion time was over 6 hours) before long!

EDIT: Just finished Fusion, got 71% and my clear time was 5:32.

I only used a map, no walkthrough. That was my first full playthru. I scrapped my last file when I did a game-killing save before the Ridley fight, I pretty much got to him while having like, 2 energy tanks.

Keep speedruning, my first speedrun on SM was 2:55 with 72%. I've keep speedruning and now I'm at 1:02 with 96%.
Now I'm trying a suitless run. Hope I'll do fine

Ok, bumping up this thread to say that my most recent playthru results are 100% in 3:18.

I'm hoping to get 100% in less than three soon. I've learned most of the tricks and did a lot of sequence breaking. I can mockball, wall jump, IBJ, and mid-air shinespark. :awesome:

Now all I need to do is consult a map and plan a more efficient collection route. :cool:
