Stuck in Maridia

I feel so stupid, i thought i relive those Super Metroid nights and play the game again...and everything went well except the wall jumps.
But now i am stuck in Maridia.
I do not have the gravity suit so i am not getting out.
I've circled some problems on this map, the red circle is a door that isn't blue but gray, and the green circle is a ledge i can get too, but i am not getting any higher.
Is it possible to get stuck in this game, i thought it wasn't possible

Does crouch-jumping while aiming downward help? I'm talking about jumping to the door that's on the right, but not the lowest one.

Yes, i can get to that door, and go all the way to the right and up with the elevator, but there i'm stuck again.

Oh i think u got stuck just because this part was made for u go with gravity suit,tell me how u reached there without it?

Just blew the tube, went one level up, and all the way to the right...jumped up and gone into the tube and i was spit out next to the room and there i fell down

You could wall-jump upwards past where the door to plasma is and go back the way you came, making you unstuck, no?

I am out, i feel so stupid...but here it is:

I took the elevator again and thought that maybe i could freeze something and jump on it.
Than i dropped some powerbombs, and found a escape route (marked green), since i couldn't jump good out of the water, i managed to jump a little bit diagonal from a place i could jump from, and it worked...i am out finally...thanks for the help/support.

I this metroid has a device that allows you to see secret paths,fake or breakable walls,try to use that (if you have it already) anytime you got stuck
