Yeah, Kraid is pretty weak if you consider he's at least 100 times heavier (and bigger) than Samus.

Spore Spawn and the first Tourizo are minibosses, not full fledged bosses. As in, there isn't an eyeball door guarding their rooms.

By the way, I had a harder time with both spore spawn AND that tourizo than I did with kraid. When I first played through Super Metroid, they each killed me once. Kraid did not.

The worst part is that in SM, the build up and the actual fight with Kraid, until the halfway point, is pretty awesome.

He was so tough, like a bully, really. When you showed you were tougher than him, he never regained his confidence.

I just alwayz assumed you couldnt program an Eye ball door gaurdian facing down.
