The engeneer suit and all of it's upgrades are going a bit too far, I think. :geemer:

How so? Do you mean it makes Samus too powerful? Or is it too much to manage with a control scheme?

Note: It was based off of the Engineer from Team Fortress 2.

Isn't Samus able to integrate with pretty much any system already?

It really doesn't fit Samus's style. She's not Rory Swann or James Bond. z:/

Adamant Suit: This suit upgrade increases the hardness and durability of the Power Suit's energy shield, equaling it to that of nanodiamond. Damage is reduced by 90%.

Spike Breaker: Spikes and any pointed object stands no chance.

The latter would've been most useful in M2ROS.

It's obvious the Chozo statue in the Wrecked Ship is utilizing this. ;)

I have no spike trouble in RoS.

Are you joking?! Those rooms are full of spikes and not even the Screw Attack makes you immune to them in that game! It's a pain in the neck! >:(

Oh, that room! Yeah, I remember that. You'll have to forgive me. I've only played RoS once. I agree with you, though.

Wait what? Does this mean that I'll have to watch out for a spike room? Cause I'm playing RoS....By the way, when do Zetas start appearing? And Omegas?

Yes, you'll have to watch out for a room that has spikes. The spikes are pointing out of the walls, and you have to use the Space Jump to fly in between. If you don't have control over the Space Jump, you are going to be hurting. I think that's when the Zeta Metroids are also common. I don't know when the Omega Metroids appear, but I believe there are only four.

There are many rooms with spikes, especially leading to the rooms where Zetas are.

Omegas I never died on. You just need to keep killing Ramulkens and Motos in that area after each kill, and shoot, shoot, SHOOT THEM TO DEATH!!!!! *evil laugh*

High Speed Thrust Vectoring:

http://oi53.tinypic.com/2qscvt0.jpg

It's not quite flight. Picture a series of air-dashes instead.

Two versions. Early game version: only works in floaty places: space, underwater, low gravity environments, etc. Late game version: Works everywhere, replaces the space jump.

I think every new item should make an old item more fun. Imagine using thrust vectoring to curve a shine-spark, or to even outright change its direction. Imagine using thrust-vectoring to build up shine-spark charges in mid-air. You gotta admit, that sounds fun.
