Cheshire Kat's wonderful work is getting re-posted.

It's an original character, AU fic set 20 years after Metroid Prime 2, and it's really, really good.

The MDB has the first four chapters, but hopefully she'll re-post them all eventually.

Edit: I say 'original character'; technically it's an expansion of a canon character, but we know so little about the trooper from Echoes I think it's basically still accurate to call her an OC.
