MP (Metroid Party)

I already had the idea in my head and now it's time to post it...
A Mario Party-like game with a Metroid theme.
Feel free to post what could be there (characters, spaces minigames, boards, etc.), but no spam junk please

I giggled, hehe. That would be... interesting to say the very least. And for some reason I immediately thought of Metroid Pinball, probably because it's the only Metroid spoof.

I imagine boards would be planets, or regions of planets, like Phendrana from Tallon IV and Sanctuary Fortress from Aether, etc, etc. Pick-ups could, not surprisingly, be beams and such (the Ice Beam would allow you two freeze one opponent for one turn, possibly?). As for characters... well, I suppose that would be rather limited.

I think I'll stop there, because I'm putting way too much thought into this. But one more thing; the boxart would be like this:

LOL the last thread I created lasted like 2 weeks to be replied, and this one ets replies in no time.
I think we should reserve some guys for spaces (Ridley space) (Adam or U-Mos space)
THE chars suggested are excellent, I would also add the hunters from Hunters and Corruption, tough the metroid should be a capsule enemy, like magikoopas in Mario Party, alongside sidehoppers, zoomers, zebs (or any pipe-busting pest), sheegoths, elysians, etc.

The reason I didn't put the other bounty hunters in the character list is because I can't stand them. If I was in charge of a Metroid Party game, they would definitely be left out.

Yeah but if you were to make one you would be making it for other people and not just yourself, I bet some other people like the other hunters...

The only minigame that sprang to mind immediately: TUUUUUUUUUUUBES.

You have to build a morph ball tunnel route that avoids various hazards and enemies to reach an expansion. Bonus points for being overly convoluted.

Minigame: When after the tubes are built, everyone controls Morph Balls that go into the tubes and blow the crap out of them.

Minigame, Zoomer skip, basically like skipping but it's a Zoomer that runs underneath you and you have to jump over it, and it's speed would increase as time goes on.

Also Bomb jumping, See how many bomb jumps you can get in a row, like x2, x3 etc more point for a higher bomb jump.

That's actually a pretty good idea, but I imagine it would get people pissed a lot, lol.

C'mon Vesko, don't tell me that you haven't heard about almost unplayable minigames in any game.

Etecoons and Drachoras would make nice unlockable characters!
Or at least cameo appearances.
Rather than party-like minigames, it would be interesting to see players race the clock against who could complete a specific objective. Something like seeing who could defeat a boss first, navigate through a maze, solve a puzzle, or defeat a swarm of enemies within a room.

And make sure BSL is unbeatable.

Well, chars in Mario Party aren't "unbeatable" if meaning they are better at certain minigames or have xtra skills like moving one dice more, they are equal.
However this is Metroid Party, and chars may have different stats (Samus would be all-around Trace would have better acurracy, Higgs would have heavier weapons, long etc. that should be cointinued ina another post.)
Also BSL board, travel through the 6 sectors, including the quarantine bay, restricted lab and main deck! but beware of x spaces... and mutant fast growing metroids.
