The name Mother Brain is probably a reference to Alien, and the whole meme around that idea. There's a Mother Brain in Chrono Trigger too, actually
Nice picture, though.

Re: Missing cameosInteresting. I'd say there would have to be closer connections. Say a giant eyeball on the brain that shoots lazers. If it does that, I'd say it counts. Or if it's growing giant jellyfish for world domination or something.

Re: Missing cameos
Yes, but the Mother Brain in Chrono Trigger and the Mother Brain that Emperor Ing mentioned aren't giant brains in jars hooked up to everything. They both bear a very humanoid appearance. Not that I've ever seen Gintama, I'm just going by what I'm seeing here. |

Re: Missing cameosI suppose I will repost this.
In Season 1 Episode 2 of Supernatural, 2 campers are seen playing Metroid Prime: Hunters before being attacked by a Wendigo. ![]() This next one is in the same series but it is Season 4 Episode 75 of Supernatural. A family moves into a haunted abandoned house. Once inside the little boy of the family is seen sitting in his new room playing Metroid Prime: Hunters. I don't have a picture for this one. |

Re: Missing cameosFrom Kiki Trick, Sakamoto's latest game.
One game has the player having to decide which video matches the sound that they are hearing. One of the sounds is from Mario Kart, and the videos shown are Mario Kart, Tennis (NES), and Super Metroid. ![]() |

Re: Missing cameosAwesome, James! Where did you find this at?

Re: Missing cameosI like hunting cameos for the Nintendo Database, so I just looked up videos of Kiki Trick and kept watching until something came up. Then I filtered out this Metroid one and sent it your way.
One thing that I've learned over the years is that Sakamoto and his team love putting cameos in their games, so I pay special attention to them. |

Re: Missing cameos
Awesome, well we really appreciate you coming here and letting us know firsthand when you find them! We're still trying to track down footage of the Samus stuff from Tomodachi collection. |

Re: Missing cameosI'll see if I can find something for that.

Re: Missing cameosYeah we're probably going to wait until the game actually comes out and play it before we add it to the cameos section. Likely it'll be added to our recommended games page as well.

Re: Missing cameosHeres one for the Database that gets me every time I see it - In the Gamefly commercial (the one without the old lady, theres 2 of them) and if you look in the TOP LEFT you seem a sign the says 2: Echoes, with a circle particially around the Echoes, and you can just barely read (or see) the bottom of Prime. I hope this helps.
