Just saw the latest news, I knew about the Samus Clothing pieces in city folk when I got the game but completely forgot about them, but the Metroid item in CF and WW is news to me. I think I might go back to playing my animal crossing CF and WW just to get those items now.

And if I'm right the Samus Helmet and Varia Suit are tom nook point rewards?
Can anyone give me the number of points you need for each one?

The Metroid Item seems to be the Container that held the Metroid at the start of Super Metroid! I read up on it and I know that in City Folk you have to shoot down gulliver's ufo and find the pieces for him and sometimes the reward will be a metroid, he also mentions "A space fox and a bounty hunter that can turn into a ball" - obviously referencing Fox McCloud and Samus Aran. But how you get it in AC:WW may be different, I don't know.

So, it's this "Create a Metroid" contest? Sounds awesome, but I don't think I'll take part (even though there are some good prizes) there are probably some hardcore-world-of-their-own Metroid fanboys who will go to any lengths to win... it's inevitable.

I was thinking the same thing Steamlord, but as long as Nintendo starts making more money off Metroid then I am fine. Im thinking if they make a lot of money off Metroid they might start to endorse it more like they do to Mario and LoZ. But that probably won't happen.
