Prime's visor wasn't that large. definitely looks more like something from Zero Mission. Kinda like here, but with a green visor. Prime's helmet was indeed very similar, though. I'm also pretty sure there is no visual difference between the helmets in the Power and Varia suits in any game other than the first one.
