Does anyone play this game currently?

I haven't really. School has limited me to Minecraft for the most part. I really want to get back into it so I can heal my team (I play mostly Medic), but time is cruel to me.

I main Spy, Soldier, and Engy.

I wish I had more time for TF2 as it is EPIC.

Anyway, I LOVE playing as the Engie, but ONLY ON DEFENSE. On offense I main Soldier or Heavy, though I may go experimenting with the Demoman for a bit.

Just FYI, if you need a Medic don't ask me. I suck at Medic.

Valve has been inserting hints of "Robots" into Team Fortress 2 updates since 2010.

Recently a new comic has been found http://www.teamfortress.com/bloodbrothers/ showing a 3rd brother. Which hints at a 3rd team that consists of robots.



Soon there will be an update, Man vs. Machine. If this brings forth a 3rd team entirely, this will be an incredible update. I really must applaud Valve for their consistent updates that have prolonged the life of this game. I hear people joke about a "Team Fortress 3" but to be honest that would be stupid. There is no need for another one, because this game still has a ways to go. It has improved so much since its release. All of these updates and fixes and Valve doesn't charge a dime for it, and even makes their game free while other companies make people pay 15-20 for a pack of 3 maps.

Pretty good score, rather impressive indeed. You should make replay videos of your killing sprees as spy. I did.

Gotta love TF2. I'm a good soldier (but the rocket jumps are tricky, but the sticky jumps are easier IMO) and I'm doing a good job as a medic. As for the scout, I'm ok, I can be a good heavy (I jump forward before spinning the minigun, I check my medic everytime and heal him with my sandvich). I'm not too fond of the pyro, but gotta love the spy.
One thing I have to say for the spy: enable quick weapon switching, so you can stab-sap easily.
Also for the engie, I'm better as an attack engineer with the mini-sentry. You have to hide it in a corner in order for it to be efficient and confuse the opponent.

And I'm very curious about the current stuff going on. The latest comic only graduate the shit-just-got-realness.

Those are a thing now? I stopped playing shortly after the Mann Co. update.

Do people actually play on them or are they ghost towns like no-crit servers were?

Also, did they undo the Heavy buff?

They have always been a thing, don't know if they are populated though.

Also, I don't understand why people find the hats, and new weapons to be a bad thing.

I would get bored of vanilla TF2.

Honestly, they connect Portal and HL2, so it really wouldn't surprise me if there were a few nods to each series.
