As for inFamous, it's my favorite Sony franchise by far and I definitely recommend it. I'm thinking of getting the collection myself, despite already owning the first game and having played the second. The short game Festival of Blood is also in the pack.
God of War is damn good, too. And hey, five games for forty bucks is a great deal.

First Inafune leaves Capcom, then they simultaneously canceled every Megaman project, then they wouldn't allow for him to be in Marvel vs Capcom 3, and then they trolled their fans by putting bad box art Megaman in Street Fighter X Tekken.
They said they're going to do something for the 25th anniversary, but it seems unlikely that they'll announce a new game.
