i say yes i dont know why they dont have it
i know why they think he does not have any attacks well he does!Damn at least add one rare pokemon that you can controll as a character Not every thing is what it seems,not even the smallest

Ummm... its clone was playable in Melee. We just need to make them bring him back in Smash 4.
