Return of Samus comic?

The Wikipedia article for the NCS lists a comic called "Return of Samus" in the Metroid part. This was interesting, so I went to the comic viewer, which lacks it. So the Wikipedia article isn't convincing. I scoured Google but they thought I was asking about Metroid II.

However, I would like as many people as possible to help look for this comic, and see if it exists.

That thing on the wikipedia page appears to be nothing more than a typo. It says "only the third of six" which sounds like they only published the third part of a six part story. That makes no sense. Also, it is listed under the short stories section, ergo it has to be two pages or less. It is physically impossible to publish a six part mini-series on two pages.

If there was a real Return of Samus comic/manga I would buy/scan it without a second thought, all I have to rely on now is the shit my friend drew on a couple of notebook pages. And yes I borrowed them to make copies for myself.

First time I've noticed this, and not sure if it was posted somewhere else, but, is this an early Samus with a zero suit and zapper? So that ideas been around for the longest of times it seems

We've had all the Captain N stuff on the site for awhile now (and a lot of these DID come from TSRS, with their permission):

There's no Metroid II stuff in there. Not that I've read all these - the writing is absolutely terrible.

Then again, I've seen some weird Metroid II stuff turn up in collections (Topps trading cards, anyone?) so I wouldn't be surprised if there's a little podunk cartoon somewhere. But definitely not Captain N.

If anything, that title "Return of Samus" is merely the name of a short story. I didn't see any in our collection with that name.
