Just to update everyone,

I've been having a rough week, seems I'm having to change jobs so I've been feverishly looking for a new job for the past few days, it's taken me from being able to dedicate the time I need to keep up with the Metroid manga.

That's not to say I've given it up or put it on hiatus, it just means that releases are gonna take longer then normal until I can get my life back on track. Been working with this company for 4 1/2 years and they don't seem to want to pay me what I'm worth, and in today's economy I can no longer afford to live working there.

So bear with me as I work through this and I'll try to get y'all releases as quickly as I possibly can, but my family comes before anything else.

Anyhow...I'll update again when I finally get it released.

I'm a little thick headed but not quite so much so

I'm still sticking it out until I can actually find something. My last hope to stay with my company will come when I do find another job. In a last attempt, I am hoping they will see the error of their ways and off me equivalent to stay. I'm one of the only ones who really knows the stuff so I consider myself to be very valuable...we shall see how much so.

It really sucks how ability and actual work input often does not influence one's salary or desirability. Not like it used to be any better, though.

Maybe in 20X5 C.C. when everyone hunts their own bounty, things will be more fair. I gotta get a job that pays, myself. Game design is only giving me art right now, not that I don't prefer art to money.

So I went to go and finish the next chapter of Metroid only to find that my translation hasn't been proofed >___>. Snoopy is apparently in the middle of moving and didn't tell anyone *sigh*

so I had to send snoopy a reminder that I needed my translation proofed for errors. This is what I sent him. Think he'll get the picture?

after much waiting, threatening and so forth and so on, I was finally able to get my translation for chapter 8. Chapter 8 is only waiting for release. Once snoopy releases, I'll update with torrent links ^_^
