MDb Fan Created Story Time General Character Bio's and ?'s

So I wanted to start a thread to list the bios of characters that will be involved in our forum's fan created story. I'll start off and you add to it. This section will also be used as a general comment and questions sections in regards to the related forum story MDb Fan Created Story Time thread.

I'll start with my character Lana Aran.

Lana Aran:

Age: 19
Height: 5'7"
Weight: 130 Ibs
Eyes: Blue
Hair: Green
Born: 2044
Mother: Samus Aran
Father: Houston Armstrong

BIO: Lana is the daughter of both Houston Armstrong and Samus Aran, renowned and skilled bounty hunter's in the universe. She inherited the Metroid Fusion Power suit from her mother and utilizes it in the continuing battle against the space pirates. Lana captains her mother's gunship, a Hunter Class fighter with folding technology codenamed "Adam" by the GFP. The ship was brought into origin during the Metroid Fusion era after Samus crashed her own Chozo built Gunship.

Lana is witty and quick minded, her reflexes closely match her mother's though she is still only a novice being a bounty hunter for only two years at this point.

Name: Aku Karas.
Occupation: Manages a fairly large buisiness. Has connections to the federation, with inspectors coming and going into his building regularly.
Height: not extremely tall. (I won't list exact measurements. It's better when I don't have to use numbers, anyway.)
Weight: Not well-muscled, and not overweight, so not too heavy.
Age: Around 23.
Parental units: To be talked about later. Nobody plot important.
Hair: Dark.
Eyes: Brown.

BIO: He was born and raised in a loving family, went to school, and has no formal combat training whatsoever. He went through collage, started a buisiness, and it grew to a steady size, eventually. He had little public recognition, and so was given a chance to manage a project for the federation. Not many people know this last part, fewer care. He runs a mid-sized synthetic material factory, so it can't be that important or dangerous a project, can it?

I'm going to act as the person who sent that message, If it's okay.

I'd prefer to use my own character. Please don't post for me. You can have him talk, just don't make full posts using him. I had a post pretty much planned and the previous post took it in a pretty different direction.

I don't really intend to introduce my character until the proper time comes in the plot, but I may go ahead and outline him...

Name: Johnathan Masters
Age: 23
Occupation: Galactic Federation Marine
Height: A bit taller than average. Let's say about 5'7"
Weight: 160 lbs (he's rather well built)
Eyes: Greenish brown
Hair: Dark brown
Born: 2040
Mother: Celeste Avara Masters
Father: Ezekiel Masters, also a Marine, soon to be featured in a fanfiction I may or may not write.

Johnathan works for the GF, and is a skilled fighter. He follows in the footsteps of his father, working his way up the ranks. At the moment he is assigned to guarding a top secret Federation project, one which has gone awry... Unlike other guards, he is brave enough to take action, and is currently working to recapture the Metroid Queen. I'm sure Samus will run into him soon; he tends to leave a big impression on the battlefield utilizing a new servos suit and high-power weaponry. He maintains his own gunship, a Svelte II Class stealth fighter, which can be called remotely and weaponized similar to Samus Aran's fighter of old.

Recapture? Aku's working on the project for the federation, with their support, and some of his science/cloning workers managed to clone a queen through manipulation of the stock metroid template that he originally recieved for the project.
He never captured it, and he has the feds' backing. Though, they only recently learned about the queen, and it may or may not bend a few of their cloning/safety rules.

Aku believes that breeding metroids(even from clones) is better for the metroids and the Feds, as they will be stronger and more healthy, and can thus produce more energy (he believes strongly that the metroids should not be used in war, only for things where their lives (and those of anyone else, friend or foe to the creatures) are in danger, like producing power.)

The metroid breeding area is a cave network with similarities to sr388's area.

Most of this is probably not in character knowledge for non-feds and non-employees (and only a few employees are allowed into the caves anyway.)

I have a few questions.


How did Sill come to be pure energy? Neither Sylux nor Samus were composed of energy... Did the space pirates change a few things around?

High Command? I always figured that High Command was a council of sorts.

Sylux running the Space Pirates? Where did you pull that from?

None of that was meant to be in a rude tone at all, by the way. I'd just like to be clear about the backstory, is all.

I had actually planned out those veins... at this size they look like scribbles.

Also:

If I can get my laptop working(it has sound, my desktop dosen't), Then I'm going to make some remixes for the visited areas that pop up in this RP.
Dragging a table and recording it can sound like roars. Great for creature sounds.

I'm going to do this because I've been playing around with super metroid music, and I think it could fit very well with some of the factory parts(should we get there).

Hair: Dark blue
Skin: Light blue
Occupation: Federation High Admiral
Born: 2017~2023

Bio:One of the most skilled commanders of the Galactic Federation, Mith'raw'cang, commonly known as Thrawc, is captain of the Neutralizer, a capital ship created in Thrawc's home galaxy, CH-150. Always a gifted Fleet Commander between the Chiss, he was hired by the Federation when he was just 18. His Current mission is to escort a G-Fed Marine to the planet of Fraizee, and help solve the Metroid incident.

Chiss is from Star Wars, right? Sharonlover wrote up some rules in the other thread.

I love the name for your ship.

And you're playing a character who's older than the norm. Good RP choice, in my opinion.

Damn, you inspired me to edit two more sprites.
Editing it w/o a helmet should be interesting.
And I'll try to see if I can imagine what that svelte stealth fighter looks like.
I just like to visualize these sorts of things.
As for the year:
Whatever Sharonlover says, though it should be... 2044 + 19 = 2063
You're right.
But if her birthday's in december or some late month, then we may have a problem...

And I don't think that 2063 is the earth year... Think star wars' Galactic Standard Time... It's a general measuring since everyone/species has been interacting together and they needed to keep time so that they could all understand eachother.

...And thus the Cosmic Year (CY) and the Cosmic Hour (CH) were established.

Or maybe the chozo established it.
I think the chozo have their own time measurement.

By the way, I made Lana(I was making Masters... It's hard to make the end sprite into a guy... Spent a while making it to be more modest... Then color... Then fusion suit...)

You sure are doing a lot of stuff for this. I already kind of had a model for the fighter. It looks a bit like the ones in Stealth (movie), except smaller.
