Re: Metroid: Other M GlitchesDoesn't make much of a difference to me. My loading screens are pretty rare, but for some reason they only last for like one second each. It's almost like cleverly masked lag.

Re: Metroid: Other M GlitchesSo far my attempts at crashing the game have gone unsuccessful. However, I only play one or two hours at a time, typically.

Re: Metroid: Other M GlitchesI have no idea how anyone can do this. The closest thing to a glitch I've gotten is when going for 100%, some of the more detailed rooms in the Biosphere were causing Now Loading messages. Particularly when Speed Boosting, which didn't help when I needed to Shinespark to a powerup and had to guage veeery carefully when to jump... Metroids are not pets.

I don't really have a whole lot of free time. I play when I can. ![]() Don't be pushed by your problems. Be led by your dreams.

Re: Metroid: Other M GlitchesThe day I got Other M I played for over seven hours (my parents were so pissed). It never crashed on me. Not once.

Re: Metroid: Other M GlitchesI played straight through to the credits, probably took me 11 hours IRL. Never crashed.

Re: Metroid: Other M GlitchesHere's another one. The full-charge SFX from the Wiimote clicking constantly. No idea how this happens, but I've seen it a few times.

Re: Metroid: Other M GlitchesOh yeah, that happens for me almost every time I charge the beam directly after saving and immediately exiting the Navigation room. I learned to only charge the beam after leaving the Nav rooms. ![]() X-Ray Scope Acquired! |

OH MAN, I haven't used the Sound/Rumble on the Wii Remote in years, to save battery life. I can't believe I forgot they existed...damn. |

Re: Metroid: Other M GlitchesI've played this game for over 13 hours (got 100%).
Not one glitch. There's loading times but they take at the most 3 seconds and occur every 2 hours or so. I've explored every room as much as I can pretty much and haven't encountered anything unusual. It's a solidly built game like most first-party Nintendo games. |

Re: Metroid: Other M GlitchesI get bombarded with Now Loading bars all the time, and I don't think it's been because I've been going to fast. Sometimes I just won't be able to go through the door I want to, others I have to sit there and wait because my game froze.

Re: Metroid: Other M GlitchesRarely got the "Now Loading" sequence in game but it only took 2 seconds instead of 30 seconds in Metroid Prime 3. Except few lags in "large stage" just like the room with many containers, I've never seen glitches or bugs. Honestly, I don't play a game for discovering glitches and cheat.

Re: Metroid: Other M GlitchesLast night while I fought the lava boss (the one you use the grapple beam on) he slowly lifted his body out of the lava, and froze in mid-air above me. His model then spun around and twisted into crazy shapes. This went on for about three seconds, then he vanished and appeared back in the lava, and the fight proceeded normally.
Later, while fighting Ridley (is this even considered a spoiler?) I found myself unable to go into first person. (I hit the home button, and my cursor appeared and functioned properly, so it wasn't my sensor bar acting up.) First Person worked correctly after I died. |
