It is based off of both Super Metroid's and Prime's Samus and the background was taken from a Super Metroid. Tell me what you guys think and be sure to comment and/or fave on the dA page.

However, I would appreciate it if you scaled it down some. That will make it easier to see and stretch the scroll bar less. ;P

^^Wow, that's really nice. You have a lot of talent.
But about my picture, it was based off of the super metroid sprite. In the sprite, that's approximately the size of the arm cannon. Everyone keeps making that comment.
Also, do you have a deviantART account or another place where you keep your pieces? I'd like to see them. What program did you use to do this?

Haha, I really don't know where to start!! Maybe I should ask my art teacher... Nevermind, it's not like she knows anything about art. I managed to scale the image down to 2000x1000 for you (it was originally 3000x1500):D I'll be waiting for your critique!

I haven't been on since I was in 5th or 4th grade, though. I drew them all back in 2007 when I was 10, and let me tell you, it was a HORRIBLE experience I had to use a mouse to draw them, and I would screw up every five seconds. I finally bought myself a drawing tablet 2 years after...

Well, TriLxS, I don't actually have too much to say! I would like to see more detail in the water and maybe some other colors, but it's obviously monochromatic.

Also, wanted to tell you guys about Alchemy, a crazy awesome, free vector sketch tool. For an example of the kinds of things you can do with it, look here.

I'm having a ball with it so far, but I wish I could undo and use layers. There are ways around that, though. Haha! I'll post a few stuff from it later.

The zero suit Samus that's been sitting on my computer for like a year has made some unexpected progress, too, so maybe I'll be able to share that soon!
