Need Item help

I'm going back through collecting items and there is one i can't get.
it's one of the three in the research facility
its the one in the room with two(items) that has two levels
theres one in the bottom that you get via power bomb
and this one you can see through glass on the top floor
i can see it, but cant get.

so i ask how do i get this one item?

There's that big glass cylinder in the middle of the room, go in the back of it. Then just morph ball your way toward the missile tank.

This one gave me fits too, I had to look it up...

I didn't end up looking it up, but I came close. This one really pissed me off. It was also the last item I got!

I beat the whole game 100% without looking anything up.

Now love me.

You forgot to mention that he needs to kick-climb up the walls of the inner section of the display to get there.
