Anthony Higgs is a must.

A-attacks: punch, kick, etc. Generic
B: Assault rifle
B-Up: Super Backflip ([spoiler]like he used to dodge Ridley[/spoiler])
B-Side -ground/air: freeze gun
B-Down -ground: freeze gun downward, hits on both sides
B-Down -air: freeze below
Final: plazma cannon, obviously.

He's a bit of a Samus clone, but not as powerful. You'd probably have to make his moves do more damage.

If the plasma cannon is a final smash, he needs to say "THIS THING TAKES FOH EVA T' CHARGE!" when he takes it out.

One of his taunts has to be:

YOU GOT NO STYLE!

his plasma cannon could also be his b move. grenade launcher for side b.

taunt: YOU NEED TO BE TAUGHT A LESSON IN SUBLETY!

his final smash should be where he lifts up his helmet, and utters the golden phrase remembuh meh? then everyone gets hit with a jigglypuff's rest esque hit (flower and knock back and all) from the sheer epicness from it.

I'm sure he would consider it, so far he seem to satisfy many fan from many games. He's the nicest man around nintendo I've seen on interview, along with Miyamoto ( who look like mike myers, haha)

I hope the next one retain all the character, even the clone ! ( Except if the clone are redesigned )
