Apparently you can do an infnite bomb jump in Other M?Which is leading to some now minor sequence-breaks- all clearly not intended. Though a few folks are saying that SBs won't be possible because you have to go to your objectives in order to trigger the next scene (eg you can get to Ridley's room early, but it might be completely empty). Re: Apparently you can do an infnite bomb jump in Other MIt's not infinite, there's an invisible barrier that stops the jump at a certain height. These videos show you that you can abuse the little distance you can move from the jump. Nothing else has been found so far with this method. |

Re: Apparently you can do an infnite bomb jump in Other MWouldn't this completely screw the event flags up?

Re: Apparently you can do an infnite bomb jump in Other M*sigh* I already posted about it .-.
Anyway I doubt this can be used for anything other than a few early items and speed tricks, I mean the energy tank in that cryosphere video is gotten only a few moments later after you get he speed booster. Other M will be hard to break, much like Fusion. We also have that infamous door trick to worry about and now one with that lava boss has been found too.. Where he disappears halfway through the battle and you can't fight him. Samus - She's the only woman I'll ever love.

Re: Apparently you can do an infnite bomb jump in Other M?Is it possible to do horizontal Bomb Jumps, like in Zero Mission? Because if this was possible, then the height limit might not matter, and it could, feasibly, be possible to cross very large gaps without the Space Jump.
That said, I'm not sure if perfectly horizontal Bomb Jumps are possible in any Metroid game. |

Re: Apparently you can do an infnite bomb jump in Other M?The biggest issue is that this game will literally cut you off from progressing beyond certain points. They probably won't even open certain doors without the right event flags activated.
