Come on, there's at least one for everyone.
Okami made me tear up at a few points. Kaguya's return to the moon was saddening, not to mention the very moment before the final boss(although that was more tears of joy than of sadness). So far, that's the only game to ever make me cry.

Yeah, Okami is probably the most emotional game for me.

Shadow of the Colossus, Link's Awakening, Wind Waker. Well, they made me sad, anyway. This topic already exists somewhere, by the way.

MEGA-MERGED!11 TOPIC RE-TITLED-!! I got super emotional when I gathered all the knight bracelets for the old swordsman on Outset in Zelda: Wind Waker. He starts crying and he's like "You completed the dream of me and my brother..!" And I was all like 'A' "I lurve uuu, Mr. Old Man! Don't be sad!"

I haven't cried while playig a game. However, I almost did in Gears of War 2. You know, that scene with Dom? Also, I almost cried during the ending of Kingdom hearts. Square makes me want to buy a Playstation.

I've only ever been made to cry once while playing a game, ever, and it was during the credits of Super Mario Galaxy 2, and I have no idea why it happened...there was nothing sad at all about it.
Sonic the Hedgehog 4 better not suck...It just can't suck...

That scene with Dom is probably the only scene in the game where they really showed emotions aside from anger and hate. That was a good cutscene though. Didn't have much of an effect on me.

I often got very very nervous/ emotional / cold sweat / fast heartbeat at mega-epic final battle . Like Zelda OoT , Gun Hazard, Radiant silvergun , etc.. . Yeah Shadow of the colossus did give me a tear . Half-life : episode 2 too . Videogames can evoke emotion easier than a movie (IMO) since you play/watch it obviously longer than a movie . So there's more time to get sentimental over the story/character .

It is very upsets me what happened to the dogs in OoT's town area. I mean, the little guys would always chase you around, the cute little things, and then comes ganon's rule and the redeads. Though it is not said exactly what happens to the poor little puppies...we still have a pretty good idea
