Is there a preferred image format and either resolution or file size limit? The image are in svg format initially, is this okay or would prefer it in jpg or png?

standard format like jpgs are fine. I can open up any image filetype you throw at me, however.

Just wanted to clarify: the contest due date states 12am midnight on Friday the 3rd, but what I really meant was THE END of Friday, which is technically SATURDAY the 4th. Guess this gives everyone 1 more day to make any final touches. Sorry about that, folks! -_-;

I just finished my entry and sent it in. I hope black and white pictures are okay!

I'm glad I got to enter this one. I wanted to enter the Make a Metroid contest, but just couldn't get anything done. And to think I didn't wait until the last day like always! No way!

I can't wait to see everyone's entries. This seems like such a cool idea.

EDIT: I just got a confirmation e-mail! Really nice feature. I always worry if the e-mail didn't get through, so that's very reassuring.
