Brontosaurus! ...Oh, wait, that was an amalgamation of other dinos...
Plesiosaur! ...Oh, wait, that was an aquatic reptile and technically not a dino...
Velociraptor! They had feathers and were much shorter than previous depicted in the movies, but that's ok because they are still cool!
Tyrannosaurus Rex! Even if they stopped eating meat towards the end of their species' existence!
Pterodactyls were pretty darn cool as well. Some were supposedly worshiped like gods.

Quite frankly, I think all dinosaurs were pretty freakin' awesome. Especially the plesiosaurs...

Previously, I would have said Velociraptor, but once they found out they had feathers, they're now ugly as sin, and I can't like something that looks that ugly! (But DAMN would those be scary!) T-Rex is kind of a cop-out (lot of debate on whether it's a scavenger, which I find funny), so I'd say beyond that maybe Stegosaurus
