While I was in Savannah I decided spur of the moment that I would buy this (cheap) navy pilot hat we saw at this hat store and convert it into Adam's cap. <3

I plan on just making Adam's hat then wearing it with my Samus Chozo training cosplay. I need to buy the fabric but I think this project will go fairly smoothly.

Nice! I wanted to do something like this at the beginning, but turned out it was too tough and I drew my avatar instead XD .

Whay would you want to? Young Samus wearing Adam's cap, which is slightly too big for her little head; that's a cute image. <3

I never said it was an ugly image, I meant that now that I have the image in my head, I will have to constantly physically force myself from photoshopping that image.......*shudders*

There's been delay in the delivery of my lab coat sadly but I'll be attempting a metroid plush this weekend hopefully.

I also finally got around to making the GF logo, got a trial version of illustrator to make it with and here's what got so far:

UPDATED, See next post.

Need to fiddle around with the text some more as the characters bleed onto to each other but apart from that I'm happy with it for now.

I personally like the GF symbol from MP2 more.

Think I'm done with the logo now

Shortly after this post I re-watched the live action tv ad and noticed the GF logo on Adam's arm and on the troopers vest so I remade the logo:

Here's a new Samus cosplayer:

The costume quality isn't the all-time greatest, but it's still a hell of a lot better than some others I've seen.

It looks good. Although the chest piece looks God awful, everything else (especially the arm cannon) look fine.

Not too shabby... I think the arm cannon is the best part of it. Wonder what the shoulder pads are made of...

And out of curiosity, Infinity's End... do you have any pictures of those "others" (unless they can already easily be found on deviantart or anywhere else online)? To protect their identities, you could just put a mosaic over their faces.... unless they're stereotypical overweight American cosplayer bad. Then I don't think the board will want any part of it.

Image is one of the worst I've seen, but I can't seem to find any others atm... just do some google searching :P

Here's another great one -- Other M's suit. Fucking brilliant! I can't tell if it's a dude or a chick in there though... hopefully it's a girl.

And the KooParty one... A... flesh-coloured suit... interesting...
