1. I don't think Samus would settle down with someone until there's true peace in the galaxy.
2. Most probably, but maybe then she wouldn't have become a bounty hunter, so who knows?
3. The Chozo are sterile. How would she be born?

6. I think Samus and Anthony are just friends. Nintendo would have to decide on that, tho.
