Also, can someone tell me where is the final LV switch? I appreciate it, and the pics are perfect, but those are all compressed images... I need uncompressed images in the correct ratio without any alteration of the image. AH! I see they're 256x 244, not 224. Would it be too much to ask you to try again? Like so: If you're using ZSNES, make sure you are outputting at a range of 512x448 or 256x224. The final L-4 door switch is found in Western Chozodia, very soon after you get your fully-powered suit.

Great, Alphonse! Thanks so much. Also, you shouldn't feel like any less of a gamer asking for help. I asked for help myself, but it was definitely satisfying to figure out and complete 99% of the game on my own.

Just finished it yesterday with 51% of the item in 9:41.
After that, I can say that it is an awesome hack. It retolds the story of zero mission in a different, yet interesting way. I liked how
you only fight the metroids only after killing mother brain, you fight mother brain's ghost -literally!- and the plasma beam has the same color scheme that the metroid prime one, including the gravity suit.
However, what I didn't like is
the test chamber boss, which was impossible because of the room itself -and yes, I had to cheat on this one.- Also, the pirate ship when you first enter it. It features trial and error and forces you to do save states, not only if you don't want to be detected, but also for the red pirates. We should AT LEAST froze them with the Ice beam. I also found kinda strange that only single plasma shot, speed booster and screw attack can damage them, not super missles, power bombs and charged plasma shot.
Congrats, Alphonse!
As for the Chozo Trial boss, I beat it on the 2nd try. You have to use charged shots, and then rapid-fire missile his head when you have the chance. (not super missiles, they're too slow) You don't even have to move. Just stay on the first platform and take the hits if you are forced to.

For the 1st picture, it involves chaining shinesparks. You have to start at the very rightmost wall of the room to the right (making sure the door you came from is already opened!). Then Boost to the left, charge your shinespark (kneel), Space Jump over to a platform, Shinespark, Boost Dash, charge again, and then Boost Dash again, (holding Left+Dash) taking you through the door. You then speedboost over top of those blocks when you run out the door. It took me quite a few tries to perfect it, but using Save States, I eventually got it.
Not sure about picture #2.

The picture #2 is here. Probably another chain shinesparks. I'll have to practice 'cause I can't make it yet.

Well, after IE's hyperbolic review, I decided to give the game go. Unless you're supposed to be able to pass through that robot, I think I've already done some sequence breaking.
I got through by jumping up and down and aiming down. After exploring the subsequent area as far as I could, I came back and got the missile in the area below.
Sorry in advance if someone's already found this- didn't bother reading through the whole thread.

You can pass through this robot with
the Charge Beam
Heh! Yeah that's some glitch. You learn how to destroy the dead robots the moment you collect the Charge Beam. I highly doubt your "Sequence Break" would allow you to get any further, in any quicker amount of time, but I'm not completely certain.

If I had been paying more attention, I think it would've let me skip the charge beam- at least for a while. I could've gotten the bombs before hand, at least.

I know the trick from the original: there is an invisible hole in the middle of the room. I try to bypass it, but a pillar just appear in front of me from literally nowhere. I go down, where I see speed booster blocks and a super missile blocks. All of these are impossible to break. If I go to the right, I have to pass through an acid run where at the end it brings me back to the older room where I was stuck.
Now I wonder if the author was a bit of a troll. This or I suck completely at video games more than I could imagine.
Have to give credit due where its due. This guy thought through it and left a small gap of error to abuse. I figured that the Pixels for Samus were a bit to high to therefore compensate on one attempt I shine sparked through that room with the fireflies. But before I attempted to run through that barrier I thought maybe if I was just skimming the floor as close as possible as i did it and BINGO. but don't be to hard on yourself he made it very very hard to get some items but VERY fun challenge.

i don't think it will be worth my time to try and play this game until I buy myself a game-pad or something like that. Looking at that video, I shudder at trying to do all of those tricks with the morph-ball using a clunky keyboard setup. As well, maybe I'm spoiled, but I would really miss the power-grip, if only in situations like wall-jumping up those one-tile shafts only to turn into a morph-ball... Though, this is definitely on my to-play-queue.
