What would be your final battle?(spoilers)

I agree with King Broly, I was hoping I could fight MBin a full out fire fight with her using the sensemove all the time. That would have been epic!!!!!

Well to satisfy you all I will pitch my concept for Metroid: Avenger and MB will be one of the last few bosses. She's sort of out of place, but she was rebuilt by this rogue Federation Marine who took her to live with him on Aether. They developed a loving relationship. The milk of Samus' feelings of sympathy to her curdle and you actually fight MB hand to hand. She does summon an army of the Darklings still on Aether (which survived Dark Aether's destruction) and you exterminate them before Samus becomes a little barbaric on the girl.

Samus vs. a dozen choogles. They'd run really fast, bite your ankles, and have about the same comedic irritation level as Fleamen in Castlevania.

I think I'm with Apothem though - final Ridley battle would have kinda cool, especially if it was really hard. He'd still be back though. His medical coverage seems to be pretty awesome.

If anything I want my final boss to be a slightly less powerful Samus.

I'm talking an MB that's mimicked the Gravity Suit, has Super Missiles and fully-upgraded stack beams, a Speed Booster, a Grapple Beam, a Space Jump, a Screw Attack and plenty of Energy Tanks. And it can go into Morph Ball and drop Bombs and Power Bombs! Throw in two different cloaking abilities (one can only be seen thermally, the other can only be seen via X-ray, and none of this Combat>X-Ray>Thermal cycling business, make it totally random).

Think SA-X, except it is MUCH more intelligent (thank you AI), to the point of it having a clear and irrefutable intelligence advantage over Samus. And it can summon Metroids. 'Nuff said.

I honestly wonder if Samus is capable of defeating someone who has power and skill on par with her own...Finally, a true challenge!

I for one would want MB to literally Become part of the facility and then Before You could attack her, you would have to kill all of the desbrachians. Next the metroid organ symbol on her hair pin would light up on the wall, shooting lasers at you, and you would have to bombard it with super missiles until it's health was half gone. Next, the Ghalmanians and Mighty Griptians you saw in the cutscene right before the fight would come in, you would kill all of those, then the hairpin symbol would appear a second time for you to bombard until it was dead. Then in a cutscene MB's corpse would fall onto the ground and everything would go as it had in the final cutscene.
