Not only was this posted in the missing cameos thread back in March, but it's been up on our "Beyond Zebes" page since then.

In the English Dub version of Sgt. Frog (Keroro Gunsou) there is an anecdote involving Metroid in episode 38: “ The Space Frog Who Stole Christmas!” You can view it at around the 16:55 mark. In the segment, Keroro tries to convince Fuyuki that he doesn't need to keep saving all of his paranormal books, and that some should be cleared out to make Fuyuki's life more streamlined and efficient. Keroro wrote:Learn to let go! I once collected instruction books to every NES game. I had Rygar in mint-condition. I had so many that my shelves were full and I missed out on newer ones. I still don’t know how to play Metroid Prime 3.

Well this isn't really a "sighting" but in the movie dragon hunters at the end they are battling a giant skeleton dragon that resembled ridley. but when they kill it, it dies just like omega ridley. it even has a attack!

When I was in San Jose, there was a freeway that had a street sign that said:
Bird Ave. Race Street
I thought, "Bird race! The Chozo are among us."

That was... interesting. Heh, so Samus "kinda, sorta" destroyed Peach and Zelda's room with her "gun arm"? ... She must've been looking for missile expansions... Zeroº wrote:Was watching the first episode of the anime Blue Gender when I saw this:

I went on vacation to Florida and we ate dinner at this touristy-place called "The Bubble Room." Well, we went into the gift shop, and they have these funny hats there. One of the hats looked all too familiar!!! It's Little Birdie! Hey, stop eating my girlfriend's head! No I didn't buy it, it was almost $40. Not worth it, IMO.

I was in the old Castle in Prague, Czech Republic, and stumbled upon the Chozo's secret stash: There was an entire, centuries old cabinet full of these things, but I was only able to get this picture before the guards stopped me. The door is just the right size, too.

That's an awesome door. In the next town over is a pizzeria called "Veria Pizza" and while it is spelled differently it instantly brings our heroine to mind.
The hat is mind blowingly awesome.

I did a search and it looks like nobody's mentioned this... In my hometown, there's a gas station with this logo. Looks like there are a bunch of Crystal Flash stations around the Michigan/Indiana area.

Guess you didn't search hard enough? That entry has been up since April 5. http://www.metroid-database.com/feature ... dzebes.php
