Google it. Removing the Wii's region block is fairly simple though homebrew (you don't even have to softmod it). And, nowadays, it's not too hard to import a game through the internet. I'm sure there are British/European game stores other than Amazon.co.uk that also offer international shipping.

All I know is that these three games filled my rule of only buying an accessory if there's at least four games that use it (the other one is Monster Hunter) and made me buy a Classic Controller Pro, so I will play them, one way or another.

Ah. Looks like Reggie has decided Europe will be the test market to see if the game sells well in the US.

Will it now, eh?

I suppose that's SOME good news.

My Wii has been in the box for months now- my Sega Saturn has been getting more love! :geemer:

Still, at least they recognize that people want these games. What again, is the word on the other two?

Xenoblade Chronicles is scheduled for it's European release on the 19th, with Last Story and Pandora's Tower tentatively scheduled for 2012. Chances are if the games ever do see a U.S. release it'll by late next year, around the time of the Wii U's supposed launch, rendering their chances of success all but moot. If Nintendo was smart they'd have fast tracked these games to western audiences, building up their "hardcore fanbase" that they so claim to be focusing on with the Wii U, but unfortunately Nintendo is not prone to making the best of marketing decisions. -_-;

I'll play it as soon as my Classic Controller Pro arrives. I'm gonna play an European game on an American Wii with a Japanese controller. Globalization FTW.

It's by Samsung, so there's South Korea, though it was made in Brazil. Well, the Wii and controller were made in China, so...

I'll play an European* game on an American Wii with a Japanese controller on a Korean TV in Brazil. :AH:

* By European, I mean the localization. The game itself is obviously Japanese.

Anyway, it seems Xenoblade is really, really good. Can't wait to play it.

That was confirmed a few months ago, but indeed, no one had posted it here.

Only Pandora's Tower left, people!
