I don't think you get it.

New Smileys and stuff take up space for the forum. If IE, CC or JD were to get something they wish to make/have on the forums, the Smileys would be taking most of the space. Making it so they couldn't have they would want for the forums. Sure, New Smileys is great, but overloading is just a tiny bit too much...

No, cause people suggest smileys and they're either refused, not put on the roster for fear of overuse, or completely ignored nowadays.
