I work at Toys R Us and one of my duties is to look at all upcoming projects in the store.

One of those is a download event... a Mystery Egg. It will contain one of three Pokemon from the new season of the show... an Axew, Pidove, or Pansage, with a special move set and stats, as they are the ones owned by Ash, Cilan, and Iris in the show.

I don't watch the show, so I don't know who is who, but it sounds cool. I don't really want any of them, but just a heads up.

I've been playing HeartGold lately, and am loving it. Since the Pokélove came back to me, I'm making plans to catch every creature I can. Considering I have Ruby, Emerald, Pearl and HeartGold (which gives me access to all regions up until Sinnoh), it seems pretty doable, excluding for the event legendaries. I plan on getting those by buying the next game very close to launch and paying close attention to Wi-fi events.

After I'm done with HeartGold, I'm thinking of transferring all my Pokémon from Pearl to it and start a new save to get Monferno and Torterra, and a few others I missed the first time.

I'll post more updates about my quest to complete my National dex later.

Yeah that was a great thing to have back, was your first pokemon to follow you with the pokelove. It just made the game another step towards awesome.

Anybody going to be participating in the Autumn Friendly Tournament over GBU next week? I signed up, but I don't think I'll do very well. I don't EV train my Pokemon and I really don't have time to dedicate (at least not before the tournament) to raising my Poke's stats.

Zoroark (Lv 50 distribution from Toys R Us)
Krookodile (Killer Croc)

I really should swap out either Zoroark or Krookodile because of the type double but I can't decide which to drop or what I should replace it with. I have a Musharna but it's about 10 levels lower than the rest of these (Lv 41). Anybody have suggestions?

Raid, are you only allowed to use Unova Pokémon? If so, I can't help much, since I haven't played Black or White yet (my uncle bought Black for my birthday in March and STILL hasn't mailed it... ). If you need to swap out Zoroark or Krookodile so you don't have two Dark-types, I'd suggest Zoroark, because Krookodile's Ground-type should be pretty useful.

Anyway, I'm a bit bothered about having bought HeartGold too late and having missed out all those Wi-fi events... and my situation with Black will probably be similar. I swear I'll buy the next game the week it comes out.

Black is actually something much like heart gold, with different events taking place, I think back in Jhoto or something. I don't know for sure, maybe it might be the newer region with the Q or something, I'll have to find out. But Black isn't too bad, its just much easier to level up, so its actually....easier.
