TNG is fucking EPIC. Hell, I'm writing a TNG fanfic in addition to my Metroid ones. And yes, there is some potential for Samus to be in TNG. I've seen her in Voyager (fanfic, and a terribly written one at that).

However, if it were my pick I'd choose DS9. Not that I like that one the best, but I think that would be the best combination.

I'm assuming Kira and Worf would like to know why she's here, and once they do figure that out Sisko would like to know a little more about her. She's out of armor at this point, and O'Brien takes a peek at it. Meanwhile, Bashir is fascinated by Samus' apparent superhuman, as demonstrated when she assists in getting people out when an emergency aboard the station (caused by a hit-and-run Space Pirate attack) causes many things to go wrong. He is further intrigued when he finds the Chozo DNA in Samus' bloodstream.

During all of this, Adam bargains with Quark to have himself coded as a Holosuite program.

Hey, I love TNG as much as the next person, where's my love? Nah jk

I think Samus in ST:TNG would be a pretty good crossover especially seeing Samus fuck up the Borg(except Hugh, that Borg is cool). Also seeing her interact with the next generation crew would be more interesting than regular Star Trek crew cause all the attention would be concentrated on Kirk(but Samus talking to Doctor McCoy would be awesome).
