Re: Question? Many people did, on this forum and elsewhere. I suggest looking around in the Other M and general metroid sub-forums- if you liked the game too I'm sure you can find some topics for you.

Re: Question? It's pretty good TBQH. I like it for Team Ninja's fast-paced gameplay and D-Rockets's production flourish.

Re: Question?I liked it quite a bit! It is not what I would have done, but I still think it is a fun game! I only had minor gripes, nothing that would ruin the experience of other M or any other metroid game. Rally it makes me a bit sad to hear that this ruined Samus for some people...it is a matter of perspective, she is who she is and even if people do not like her in other M, that is only one game among eight. Do not let the negativity of others ruin your personal experience

Re: Question? As the others have said, many people enjoyed this game. I enjoyed it for its excellent action, the fast-paced battles, and experience. I also enjoyed the pre-rendered cutscenes, but I'm a sucker for good CGI since I'm a 3D animator.
The level design, gameplay, and pacing wasn't life-changing, nor was the story, but I am actually mature enough to hold the idea that games are games, with their sole purpose being entertainment and enjoyment. Something which, during my play session, it succeeded in doing. For those who didn't get that out of MOM, it's still nothing to shit your pants over, making mountains out of molehills and lashing out your tongues (or fingers, in this case) like it's some kind of doomsday antichrist to gamers, Metroid fandom, or video games in general. That said, there are AT LEAST two (if not more) topics on this forum that you can EASILY achieve any kind of answers for your "who liked it" question, which furthermore, this topic's subject line is disturbingly vague. RATE OTHER M OTHER M: IMPRESSIONS! WHAT OTHER M DID RIGHT I suggest in the future, you think long and hard about what you're going to write before you make a new topic here. Otherwise, you're not going to find yourself here for very long. ![]() |
