If you don't mind my asking, what type of autism does this girl have? For those of you unaware, there are multiple types of autism and not all of them are obvious. I haven't been on a formal visit to the doctor in fourteen years and I'm currently 16, but I know a doctor who specializes in autism. He tested me (professionally, but informally, so it's not on my records) and I came up positive for a form of autism called Asperger's. Go ahead and laugh, because it is pronounced "ass burgers". I still laugh about it and I HAVE it! (Heh, ass burgers...)
This particular form of autism causes a person to be unskilled or sometimes incapable of social interaction. That's why I'm so awkward, haha! Is it difficult? Eh, only if you're a softie. You get tough and eventually the insults, the neglect, the abuse...they don't matter anymore. As I said before, I'm 16 now. I've had my share of hurts and all, but that's life. As of late, I thought myself invincible and completely immune to emotional distress. However, I've started opening up again to a special guy. Just goes to show that despite bodily problems and being ugly as all hell, love can still exist. Now enough of this sappy mush, I have a reputation to uphold.
