Metroid II Run Times

So since MII was released on the 3DS VC (as I've been told), I was curious what everyone's completion time was?

I think I made my fastest time (to my knowledge) at 2:10, which is faster than my average SM completion time.

Missiles ran out and ended up wasting time killing enemies to replenish. >_>

I don't have the 3DS yet, but I still have a working Gameboy and MII. If I remember correctly, the fasted time I completed the game was somewhere in the neighborhood of 1:36 maybe 1:39. Maybe because I can't play it right now (back home while I am stuck in the wilderness in So. Arizona), I am really wanting to play the game again.

I doubt I had 100%, but my first and only play through was 5:00.

My husband has a DS and I haven't gotten to M2 yet chronologically (I'm on MP3 so that's next!) but I played it last year with a cartridge and GBA....my clear time was over 6 hours. o_O

EDIT:Just finished my second playthru an hour ago, and I got 4:40. I only died once in the entire game, and it was to some random monster.
