I don't know if Dark Samus counts but I really like both her designs, particularly MP2's design.

For the 2D games, my favorite suit is the final version of the Fusion suit. It looks enough like the regular power suit it be awesome (to me) and different enough to create its own identity. As for the 3D games I don't really have a specific favorite between the 5 of them (yes I'm counting Other M and Hunters. Don't judge me). I'd have to say for the original prime, it's the Phazon suit. For Echoes, it is, without a doubt, the Light suit. In Corruption, it's the fully corrupted Hazard Shield. It just looks so badass. And for Other M, it's the gravity feature when activated. Why? It's a combination of the game's version of the power suit with the Varia suit coloration and an awesome, glowing, purple aura.
Opinions are opinions, not facts. Though, everyone is entitled to their opinion, of course. Even Metroids and Ridley, the unkillable beast. Viva Les Alpha et Omega Metroids. Kraid should be brought back, he needs some good 'ol Metroid love.

While I find all of her suits pretty cool looking, I have to say the good ol Phazon suit.

I personally want to see a Fusion Phazon Suit. I understand there is a cheat in Fusion for the Phazon Suit. Maybe to accompany a Dark SA-X?

I don't know about that. Though I am sure you are aware that you can unlock the Fusion suit in the original Prime.

You can. You just connect your GBA to your GC while having Fusion in the GBA and Prime in the GC.

Kinda sucks that Retro didn't rework that to include it in the Trilogy release. I repurchased the GCN version for the story differences, but I no longer have a GBA, much less a link cable, so I can't unlock it again. Damn you Retro!

Correct, However, I'm talking about using Gameshark codes in an emulator (such as VBA). A specific codes changes the sprites to those of the Phazon Suit. I know, I've done it, and IT IS FUCKING AWESOME.
Twas also remarking about how I'd love to see an actual Fusion Suit in that scheme of color. (I'll get to work on that.) And a Dark Samus/SA-X hybrid.

Which game has the Omega Fusion suit? Is it Fusion? I haven't finished that game yet.

I may not be reading your post correctly, but retro did rework that for the trilogy and japan NPC version, you unlock the suit with some credits after beating the game for the first time. What they left out was the NES Metroid unlockable because of the VC.

Ah ok. Thanks! I've only made it to the Ridley-X fight in that game and my energy was too low then like an idiot I save my game with like 2 tanks of energy left and shot my game to crap. Oh well guess I'll try again once I get to it. (I'm playing them in chronological order and I'm on MP2.)

I would say my favorite is the Gravity Suit. I love the color scheme and attributes. That or the classic Power Suit
