Christmas Suit acquired! Prevent your enemies from attacking by spreading holiday cheer with these glowing lights on the Suit!

Now, to the topic: Fusion Varia. >:)

XD OMG Thunderchin can I quote this in my sig? That's hilarious!!

On topic though, I have to agree with the masses on the Other M suit. Very sleek and simple. Right behind it is the Prime suit. Pure awesomeness.

I hate Copy Pasta. Why can't they just use an original pot every time?

The cops tend to arrest those who use original pot.

Because of the simplistic outline and the only detailing being essentially just stripes with just enough depth added to them as to not look spray-painted, the suit just strikes me as lazily designed. Then again, aesthetics is something the Primes really excelled at and got better with each installment (I'm talking about the trilogy, don't know about Hunters) so I guess it's really difficult to top them there.

I totally get you... :(

It does look kinda pointless... and EXCESSIVELY smooth... and the lines were actually a good attempt at giving it some dinamism, but the suit itself got SO bland, even the lines couldn't help it much...

They should have given it MUCH more work in the proportions, Like in brawl.

Oh, and don't worry, You haven't missed much. Samus's suit in hunters is quite about the same as in Prime 2. ;)

I guess I'm going to have to go with Prime because of the attention to detail. Despite the monstrous Planets on Samus' soldiers, which do need to be toned down alot.

Hell yeah! Prime's suits foreveeeer!!!!

...

Hell yeah! Monstruous shoulders foreveeeer!!!! XD

(No, really, I LOVE them.)

Brilliant. I couldn't have put it better. :D

I agree it's fancy and stylish. But I'd rather have the classic Super Metroid one.
Other M could have gotten away with all of it's huge load of crap, but taking away the :s-grav: from a game with such orgasmic graphics was too much.

No, they don't. The Chozo designed the shoulders to disrupt enemies with their gravitational pull.

I absolutely love the Prime 1 Varia. No matter what anyone says about "christmas tree suit" or "wussy lights", it is the most epic looking one to me by far

Super/MII. By far. I think the lights are pretty overboard in the designs following after it. And for me, there's quite a bit of emotional attachment because most of my love for the series stemmed from the original three games.

Edit: Also, Thunder, that's hilarious.

Do I smell I knew feature for the Gravity Suit? I think I do, and it will be glorious.

I know it's silly to look at Samus' armor from a realistic point of view but it always bugged me that the empty space around her shoulders has more protection than her torso.

Prime 1 Varia. Not only does it look the best (monster shoulders included), but it just looks the most intimidating out of all the suits.

The Prime Varia is pretty sweet, Christmas lights and all! But you wanna talk about Christmas lights? The Hazard Shield from MP3. One with epilepsy should not look at that suit! O_O That was overkill, in my opinion. (Sorry, I know this is a Varia Suit discussion, but I had to mention that!)

I have epilepsy and I don't get it. :-?
