Metroido brand new?

Hi everyone, I have recently bought a copy of Metroid for the famicom disk system( the one who start all). It suppose to be brand new but I'm not sure because I was expecting to be warped like all the games in America. Mine only has a sticker so I was wondering if someone has more knowledge about this. I will post some pictures in case you want to see the sticker. Thanks.
