If anyone's interested, I wrote a review for The Avengers today, which you can read here. I'd appreciate it if you read it and gave some feedback. :)

And yeah, I'm going to watch the movie again tomorrow. XD

Great review Naner. I actually spent the better part of my afternoon today reading reviews for the film, and yours was better than a few professional ones. The Time Magazine review spoiled Stan Lee's cameo in the first paragraph, for crying out loud!

Not sure if directed at me or TIME, but every major Marvel movie since Spider Man a decade ago has had a Stan Lee cameo... And I didn't spoil it.

The Fellowship of the Ring. I just got the extended edition blu-rays, and I'm set to watch Two Towers tonight.

I saw the midnight release of the Avengers last night. It was really good, though I wish some more things in the movie were explained better, such as
who the aliens are. I never read the comics, so I had to go on wikipedia to find out who these guys were. It just seemed like they went "Hmm, we need some enemies for the Avengers to fight. I know! Let's have some aliens appear out of nowhere!
Besides that, I really enjoyed it. I'm also glad that our showing had an additional scene at the end, which sort of made up for the late release.

Avengers? So last week... :P

But yeah, our release didn't have the second scene (DON'T SPOIL IT). Maybe it's time for me to watch it a third time?

I think the scene is only in the U.S. release, maybe the Canadian one as well.

Rumors are saying around here that the extra scene will start showing up in next week's sessions. But, I dunno. I can wait for the Blu-ray release.

I just saw the Avengers last night. Oh my god it was amazing.

That hidden scene, that every country got... WOW. Can't wait. Really can not wait.

I liked the cinematography, acting and soundtrack for this movie. One of the best movies I've ever seen.

The Avengers.

Great movie. The Hulk was my favorite character, for obvious reasons. Iron Man a very close second, also for obvious reasons.

Saw the Daniel Craig version of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, which I thought was fantastic (albeit, rather disturbing).
I'm yet to read the book or see the other version, but that's on my to-do list.
